The Two Wolves Meditation is a 2-hour session designed by Ya’akov Hai. This practice includes guided meditation, Tibetan sound healing, energetic elevation through motion, and Pranayama breath-work. By consciously engaging with sound, sight, touch, motion, and scent we will work to invoke our higher self and communicate more intimately with our autonomic nervous system.
