TWO WOLVES MEDITATION
A mixture of Native American ritual, Eastern Meditation, and Western Psychology. Awaken your intuition with a series of practices designed to bring the mind and body to a place of sacred self-awareness, confidence, and clarity. The Two Wolves Meditation is a 2-hour session designed by Jacob Hai. This practice includes guided meditation, Tibetan sound healing, energetic elevation through motion, and Pranayama breath-work. By consciously engaging with sound, sight, touch, motion, and scent we will work to invoke our higher self and communicate more intimately with our autonomic nervous system.
